Technology
The primary requirement for success with X by 2 is a solid understanding of the fundamentals, not necessarily expertise in any particular product or technology. Thus, we expect our employees to have strong backgrounds in basic areas such as data structures, programming concepts and techniques, and databases. In addition, they should have the skills necessary to make immediate contributions. The people we are interested in are the "wonderers," the technologists who bring with them a constant curiosity about why and how things work. |
Consulting & Problem Solving
Interacting with our clients is a key part X by 2's business, and this requires active listening skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communications abilities. Becoming a member of X by 2's staff requires keen analytical and reasoning skills, along with the ability to tolerate, deal with, and work through the variety of unknowns any project is sure to present. |
