X by 2 helps our clients implement new and improved business models by delivering high-impact emerging technology solutions in rapid time frames. We accomplish this by deploying small, focused teams of experts that architect and build high-performance, highly scalable technology solutions that integrate with our clients' existing systems, applications, and data. |
Location
The success of our engagements requires constant interaction, communication, and collaboration with our clients. This can mean, depending on a client's proximity and the specifics of a project, that our teams travel to work at the client's location. However, consultants are usually in the X by 2 offices on Fridays, providing an opportunity for them to share information about their projects and learn about the experiences of other X by 2 teams. |
Communications
X by 2 also has company-wide meetings every quarter, during which we discuss matters that concern all employees. This includes such things as overall company growth, financial performance, and corporate culture. And, because we believe a collegial atmosphere is important to the success of X by 2 and its staff, the company hosts social events several times of the year for its employees and their families. |
Problem Solving
X by 2 is constantly involved in problem solving — putting forth new ideas, and then testing and validating the ideas and their underlying assumptions. We expect this of all our employees, because we believe this sharpens everyone's thinking, results in better decisions, and leads to success for the company, its clients, and its staff. Ultimately, however, there is a clear responsibility hierarchy and structure that allows for quick and efficient decision making. In sum, we take our work and our clients — but not ourselves — very seriously at X by 2. |
